Our 60-Day Return Policy offers you the flexibility to return items within 60 days of receiving them. Here's how it works:

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it - unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at hello@parenthesis.uk. Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns are only accepted if requested beforehand. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.

Dealing with Damages and Issues: In the event that your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

Process for Exchanges: The most efficient method for an exchange is to return your original item. Once we accept your return, you can purchase the new item you desire separately.

Refunds Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically process the reimbursement to your original payment method. Please expect the refund to be completed within 10 business days.

Do note that there may be a processing duration on the part of your bank or credit card company before the refund appears in your account.
